Agrosoft Systems
Bringing Technology to Agriculture the Easy Way

Agrokeeper for Windows©

Agrokeeper for Windows© is a stand alone pesticide application record-keeping database program that would help you keep track of all pesticide application records. It has a built-in customizable reporting and summarization capabilities. The registered version comes with a database filled with entries consisting of more than 100 commonly used pesticides and related information. Since Agrokeeper for Windows© pulls out data from this database every time an entry in the product name field matches one in the list, it saves you a lot of time as other related information automatically fill in the other fields as well. Consequently, data entry errors are also minimized. Don't worry if you intend to use or have been using newly marketed or rarely used pesticide materials, or you have many locations to keep track of, Agrokeeper for Windows© allows manual data entry and "remembers" those entered information by adding them to the database.

Agrosoft Systems realized that contents of pesticide application records reports not only vary from state to state but also between agencies that oversee the reporting, and between federal- and state-mandated ones. To address this concern, Agrokeeper for Windows offers a customizable type of report in which users can add or drop section(s) of reports as they see fit to satisfy their own unique reporting requirement. Agrokeeper for Windows also provides a typical type of report which practically contains much of the data required by most of the states. Including information on PPE is an available option.

Deciding on what recordkeeping software to use is easy. All you need is ask yourself these questions:

  • Is you current recordkeeping system easy to use? [You owe it to youself to make things easy. Work smart!]
  • Is it fully compliant to both the state and federal requirements? [If not, you can be held liable and/or be fined].
  • Does the software require other helper software for it to run?  [Some software may appear to be inexpensive but in reality, they may require helper application such as MS Excel® or MS Access® for them to run].

Features:

The following features can be found in the registered and demo versions of Agrokeeper for Windows©:

  4. It has a built-in customizable reporting system.
  5. It also generates a typical report format that contains most of the data required by the majority of the states.
